Thanksgiving

I have heard so many people during Thanksgiving giving thanks for so many things... family, friends..... on and on. But I ask this, who are you giving thanks to? You never say thank-you any other time with out it being directed to someone right? I know who I am thanking for my many blessings, do you?

How awesome to give Thanks to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I also say Merry Christ mas not Happy Holidays. I refuse to take Christ out of Christmas. I am so proud of the young Lady you are Kristin. May the Lord Bless you, Bret and Kyndal. Love & miss you, Aunt Marlene

It's funny how we so easily forget the origin of the holidays that we celebrate. The first day of Thanksgiving was held to give thanks to God by the pilgrims. Of course I am thankful for family, health and the many blessings that we have, but without our Savior, those blessings would be meaningless.

Happy Thanksgiving to you.
